Durapile is a BBA approved piling system.
Current production is for:
A: 200mm square units capable of 400kn loading for compression loading only with a unique interference fit joint which enables all units to be readily jointed for minimal cost.
Produced in lengths of 3, 4, 5 and 6 metres enabling any depth of unit to be installed with minimum wasteage. All sizes are normally ex-stock, allowing a change in drum depth without pre-ordering.
A delivery service is available with crane offload if required, allowing stocks to be on site before the piling rig arrives. Full installation manual is available on request.
B: 150mm square units in 1200mm sections for loadings up to 150kn. These are primarily developed for mini-rigs in confined spaces. The Pile has a hollow core to which simple tube dowels are used for jointing. When the desired length or set is achieved, the central tube is filled with grout & a 16mm bar is inserted over the whole length give overall integrity to the installed Pile.
Again, a delivery service with crane offload is available if required.
